Layne lives in Pleasant Grove with his wife and 4 children. Connecting & being with them is paramount. Layne brings 18 years of sales, sales management, & sales training experience to his real estate clients. He has been a top producer of personal, team, & multiple team volume for Vivint, Inc. He was instrumental in growing Vivint into the largest home automation company in the country and received special recognition when Blackstone bought Vivint for over $2bil. Prior to becoming an agent, he had an important role in assisting Sprint in implementing and developing their Direct to Home partnership program. His interest in real estate, the relationships it creates, and growing a sustainable business brought him to Keller Williams. His passion for providing a great customer experience, developing individuals & teams, and connecting with those he works with and for are his main focuses.
